Wardian

Prototype under active development

Context-aware intelligence for physical security. Wardian is Navrysa's own technology programme: an intelligence layer that interprets activity in the context of time, place, recent history and site policy before anything is escalated or acted on.

Observe locally

Cameras and complementary sensors feed an edge-first intelligence stack, where latency and privacy both argue for keeping work local.

Build context

Activity is read against place, time and recent history together, rather than one detection at a time.

Respond by policy

Alerts, communication, evidence capture and device actions stay bounded by explicit authorisation and human authority.

The problem

Detection without context is just noise with a timestamp.

Conventional physical-security systems are good at producing clips and notifications, and poor at explaining what an event means. A person at a side door at 02:00 and a person at the same door at 14:00 are the same detection and entirely different situations. Wardian explores what a system can do once it reasons about that difference.

Illustrative deploymentConcept render

Wardian is a research and prototype system. It is not a generally available commercial product, and the hardware shown above is a concept render rather than a shipping device.

The pipeline

Perceive. Understand. Assess. Respond.

Each stage has to hold on its own: what the system observes, what it concludes, and what it is permitted to do are separate questions, and the last one is never decided by the first.

01

Perceive

Interpret people, vehicles, objects, movement, sound, access events and other environmental signals as evidence rather than verdicts.

Multimodal sensing
02

Understand context

Relate activity to time, location, recent history, expected events and site policy before deciding whether it is unusual at all.

Temporal context
03

Assess risk

Maintain an evidence-backed, changing view of the situation instead of a single opaque prediction about a person or moment.

Risk intelligence
04

Respond within policy

Support bounded communication, alerts, documentation and explicitly authorised actions, with human control preserved throughout.

Policy-constrained action

Expansion path

From properties to complex environments.

Prototype work focuses on property safety and security, where the environment is bounded and the failure modes are observable. The same reasoning architecture is intended to extend to commercial sites, campuses, industrial facilities and autonomous platforms.

01

Residential

Perimeter awareness, visitors, deliveries, unusual activity and trusted-contact escalation.

Primary focus
Night exterior of a low commercial building, its glass entrance lit warmly from within, with a covered walkway, bollard-lit planting and a small sensor housing under the soffit.
02

Commercial & Industrial

Multi-site awareness, safety events, operational context, access activity and response coordination.

Interested in a pilot?

Wardian is in prototype development. Navrysa is interested in conversations with prospective pilot environments and research partners — with the development stage understood on both sides.
