Engagements start from a specific system and a specific question. We would rather do one thing at depth than survey everything shallowly.
- Where we start
- A short technical conversation about the system, its environment, and the decision the work needs to support. If Navrysa is not the right fit, we say so here rather than three weeks in.
- What we need
- Architecture context, access to documentation or a walkthrough, and someone on your side who knows how the system actually behaves.
- What you receive
- An architecture assessment, a threat model for the system as built, an attack-surface analysis, technical findings with the reasoning behind them, and prioritised engineering recommendations — followed by a briefing where your team can question all of it.
- Scope and pricing
- Set per system rather than published as a fixed package — the work is scoped from the architecture, and we tell you what it will take before it starts.
